Announcing the 2024 WPA Player of the Year: Congratulations to Pamela Belote!

The Women’s Poker Association is thrilled to announce Pamela Belote as the 2024 WPA Player of the Year! Pamela known as Pam, a dedicated WPA Advocate from Edmond, OK, has captured the top spot with an impressive 507 points. She now gets to add another ring to her already impressive collection! Known for her friendly demeanor and ability to make everyone laugh and feel welcome at the tables, Pam is a true ambassador of the game.

 

Pam’s remarkable achievements have not gone unnoticed. Recently crowned the most decorated woman in WSOP Circuit history, she clinched her eighth WSOP Circuit Ring at the $250 Ladies Event at Choctaw in January 2025. Her consistent success and dedication to poker make her a standout in the community.

 

Pam’s journey to the top has been nothing short of inspiring. Despite her humility, claiming to be “Ms. Irrelevant,” her accomplishments speak volumes. Pam’s hard work and perseverance have led her to this well-deserved recognition, and her passion for the game is evident in her continued pursuit of excellence.
